We completed the full cladding of the 18-storey Kent Street Baths project with the Stofix system, delivered on time and to safety standards. Our team supplied the labour; materials and management were provided by Caxton Facades.
The scheme comprised four residential blocks of 8 to 18 storeys in central Birmingham. At peak we had 20–30 operatives on site, installing over 15,000 m² of Stofix ventilated cladding together with aluminium and terracotta elements. Our operatives held IPAF 3a/3b and MCWP training, and our supervisor coordinated installation from drawings, snagging and toolbox talks with the site management team.
